Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation windows

• 15 days or more before check-in — full refund of the advance paid.
• 7 to 14 days before check-in — 50% of the advance is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before check-in — the advance is non-refundable.
• No-show or early departure — full stay amount is charged.

Peak season & group bookings

Bookings during peak season, long weekends, weddings, corporate offsites and group blocks (5 rooms or more) are non-refundable once confirmed, but may be rescheduled once within six months, subject to availability and rate difference.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of confirmation. Payment gateway or bank charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Modifications

Date changes are treated as a fresh booking and depend on availability and the prevailing tariff on the new dates.

How to cancel

Write to resv@excelhotelandresort.com or message us on WhatsApp with your booking name and dates. Cancellations are effective only once acknowledged by our reservations team.
